The Best Garlic Shrimp in the Whole Wide World

This is the first year we've gotten this shrimp, and we're loving it! Get it while you can. Wild East Coast USA Pink Shrimp are tender, flavorful, and sweet.

Cooking tips:

  • Firm shrimp can be breaded or stuffed. It can also be boiled with spices or barbecued.

  • Shrimp cooks in just 60 to 90 seconds at a rapid boil.

  • When the meat turns opaque, it’s done.

  • Remember not to overcook—it will toughen the meat.

Some chef-approved pairings from The Flavor Bible:

shrimp + bacon + chives
shrimp + basil + garlic + jalapeño
shrimp + cayenne + cinnamon + orange
shrimp + garlic + lime
shrimp + garlic + mustard + tarragon
shrimp + white beans + bell pepper + orange + sausage

Best flavor complements: chile peppers, garlic, lemon, onions, black or white pepper, salt, tomatoes, white wine

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp

  • Fresh garlic

  • Fresh parsley

  • Paprika

  • Sea salt and Pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

Tip: Do not substitute with garlic powder or dried parsley.
